Afia is a nonprofit professional who has worked with national level associations focusing on various issues from education policy reform, to philanthropy, to corporate social responsibility. Working as a thought partner directly with leadership, she serves as a change agent to foster the integration of strategies that will cultivate a sustainable culture to advance towards equity within the philanthropic ecosystem. She is focused on playing a critical role in shaping inclusive and equitable cultures.
