About IDEAS Generation (IG):

IDEAS Generation is a global collaborative by and for emerging leaders dedicated to advancing IDEAS: Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, and Social justice in our communities and workplaces.

 

As a Washington DC-registered 501(c)3 nonprofit, we offer community and leadership development programming geared towards Millennial and Gen-Z IDEAS practitioners and advocates as well as a comprehensive suite of consulting services to help next-gen organizations embed IDEAS values into their teams, cultures, programs, policies, and structures. Our consulting work provides meaningful, structured professional development opportunities to the next generation of leaders while ensuring that IDEAS Generation continues to stay on the cutting edge of innovation and intergenerational collaboration in our community change efforts.
